These Terms & Conditions govern the use of https://plenhaus.com and the purchase of products offered by VEKTOR Technologie, s.r.o.

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Scope

We deliver to the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway where the destination is available at checkout. Orders ship from the Czech Republic. For deliveries to the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Norway, import VAT, customs duties and carrier clearance fees are not included and are payable by the recipient. Free shipping does not mean that import charges are included.

3. Products

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing are accurate.

However, minor differences in appearance, color, packaging, or product presentation may occur.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products without prior notice.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not automatically constitute acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders in cases including but not limited to:

  • Pricing errors
  • Technical errors
  • Product unavailability
  • Suspected fraud
  • Violation of these Terms

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

5. Prices and Payments

For EU deliveries, displayed product prices include applicable VAT. Shipping charges, if any, are shown before payment. UK import VAT, customs duties and carrier clearance fees are not included and are paid by the recipient; the same applies to Switzerland and Norway. Risk of loss passes when you or a person designated by you, other than the carrier, physically receives the goods, subject to any mandatory exception for a carrier independently commissioned by you.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery within Germany: 2-3 business days from purchase, including order processing. No additional processing time is added for Germany. Estimated transit after dispatch for other destinations: Austria 2-4 business days; Czechia, Italy and Poland 3-5 business days; other EU destinations 5-10 business days. For destinations other than Germany, order processing normally takes 1-3 business days after payment authorisation. Delivery outside the EU depends on the destination and customs clearance; contact support for the estimate applicable to your order. Any agreed delivery deadline and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

8. Warranty

Statutory rights against the seller are separate from our additional commercial guarantee. New goods sold to EU consumers have at least two years of statutory conformity protection, with longer or additional rights where national law provides them. PLENHAUS provides a 10-Year Limited Warranty with component-specific periods: casing and main control board 10 years; fan and temperature probe 5 years; upper heating lamp, lower heating element and display 3 years; bowl, coating and non-electrical included accessories 12 months for manufacturing defects. is protected by intellectual property laws.

Customers may use purchased products freely but may not claim ownership of the PLENHAUS brand, trademarks, or website content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VEKTOR Technologie, s.r.o. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or its products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights granted to consumers under applicable law.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Government actions
  • Labor disputes
  • Internet outages
  • Technical failures
