1. Shipping Areas

We deliver to the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway where the destination is available at checkout. Orders ship from the Czech Republic. For deliveries to the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Norway, import VAT, customs duties and carrier clearance fees are not included and are payable by the recipient. Free shipping does not mean that import charges are included.

2. Shipping Origin

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from the Czech Republic through our logistics and fulfillment partners.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery within Germany: 2-3 business days from purchase, including order processing. No additional processing time is added for Germany. Estimated transit after dispatch for other destinations: Austria 2-4 business days; Czechia, Italy and Poland 3-5 business days; other EU destinations 5-10 business days. For destinations other than Germany, order processing normally takes 1-3 business days after payment authorisation. Delivery outside the EU depends on the destination and customs clearance; contact support for the estimate applicable to your order. Any agreed delivery deadline and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Deliveries may be handled by trusted logistics and courier providers, including:

The final delivery carrier may vary depending on destination and operational requirements.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Where free shipping promotions are offered, the applicable conditions will be clearly communicated on the website.

6. Customs Duties and Import Fees

For deliveries within the European Union, customers are not required to pay additional customs duties or import charges.

All applicable taxes are included in the final purchase price unless otherwise stated.

7. Order Processing

For Germany, processing is included in the total delivery time of 2-3 business days from purchase; no extra processing days apply. For other destinations, orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days following successful payment authorization.

For destinations other than Germany, processing times may be slightly extended during periods of increased demand.

8. Payment Methods

Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments and supported payment providers.

The payment methods available to you will be displayed during checkout and may vary depending on your country, device, and eligibility.

9. Payment Security

We use industry-standard security measures and encrypted payment processing technologies to help protect payment information.

Full payment card details are not stored on our servers.
